To start using the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App, follow these simple steps:
1. Download & Install the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App
For Android users: Visit the Google Play Store
For iOS users: Visit the App Store
2. Open the app, tap Login, then select Register Now.
3. Proceed with Device Registration (ensure the SIM linked to your registered mobile number is in the device).
4. Select the registered SIM (SIM 1 or SIM 2), review and accept Terms & Conditions, then tap Send SMS.
5. Your CIF ID linked to your mobile number will be auto-populated. (If you have multiple CIFs, select the correct one from the dropdown.)
6. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then tap Register.
7. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
8. Choose any one method for authentication:
Aadhaar OTP – Enter Aadhaar details and authenticate using Aadhaar OTP.
Debit Card – Enter your debit card details.
Temporary Passcode – Enter the passcode. Ujjivan p Call toll-free

9. Set a Username and 4-digit MPIN, optionally add Security Questions, select your Primary Account, and tap Continue.
Once done, you can log in using your Username and MPIN to access Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking.
