Device Binding is the process to register your device as a trusted device for Banking. It registers your device and validates with registered mobile number. This allows access to the Mobile Banking application from a trusted device only and makes your app usage safe and secure.

How to Get Started with Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking Application

For New Registrations

Step 1: Download the App

Download the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App from the Play Store or App Store

Step 2: Start Registration

Open the app, tap Login, and select Registration Now.

Step 3: One Time SIM Binding

Select the SIM registered with the bank for verification & accept T&C

Step 4: Verify Details

Customer ID linked to Mobile No will get auto populated (users having multiple Customer IDs need to select from the dropdown list)
Accept Terms & Condition, click on Register and Authenticate using OTP received

Step 5: Complete Authentication

Choose any one method- Aadhaar OTP, Debit Card or Temporary Passcode.

Step 6: Set Username & MPIN

Create Username & 4-digit MPIN, Set Security Questions, Select Primary Account and Tap Continue.
You can now Login using your username and MPIN to access Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking.

For Existing Ujjivan Mobile Banking Users

To continue your banking seamlessly, please follow the steps below to transition to the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App:

Step 1: Login with Customer ID (first time only)

In the Username field, enter your Customer ID and tap Login.

Step 2: Set Up Username

Create Username within 8 to 15 Character Limit and click Check Availability
Tap Update to set Username

Step 3: Enter Username & existing MPIN

Enter your newly set Username & existing 4-digit MPIN to login

Step 4: One Time SIM Binding

Select the SIM registered with the bank for verification & accept T&C

Step 5: Login to Ujjivan EZY App

Enter existing MPIN to login.

If you have forgotten your MPIN, click on "Trouble logging In" → "Forgot MPIN" to reset your MPIN

How to Change MPIN

Go to the Settings tab in the vertical menu.

Click on Change MPIN.

Enter the following details:

- Existing MPIN

- New MPIN

- Confirm New MPIN

Click on Update

Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Once the OTP is verified, the new MPIN will be set.

What Should I Do if I Forget MPIN

On the pre-login screen, click on “Trouble Logging In?” and select “Forgot MPIN”

For Device verification, select the SIM (Mobile Number registered with Bank). Review and Accept T&C and click on “Send SMS” button

Customer ID and Mobile Number will auto fetched. Review and Accept T&C and click “Continue” to proceed.

Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

Authenticate using any of the following method:

- Debit card,

- Aadhaar OTP,

- Temporary Passcode, or

- Security questions.

Set your new MPIN (4-digits).

*NOTE: You can set security answers in the Settings tab and do not use the last 3 previously used MPINs

The daily fund transfer limits through Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App will be applicable based on your account variant/product type. For more information, please refer to the "Transaction Limit" section available on website or app’s terms and conditions or contact customer support.

While creating your MPIN, please follow the guidelines below:

MPIN should be 4 digits long.

MPIN must not include sequential numbers (e.g., 1234, 4321, 1238)."

You can change your MPIN using below options:

Trouble Logging In → Forgot MPIN (on the pre-login screen), or

Menu → Services → Change MPIN (after logging in).

If you’re locked out of your account, use the Forgot MPIN option on the pre-login page to unlock and reset your MPIN.

A Username is a unique identification name created by the user to securely log in to the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking/ Internet Banking platform. It is used along with your MPIN/ Password to authenticate your identity and access your banking account.

Your Username must follow these guidelines:

It should be alphanumeric (letters and numbers only)

It must be between 8 and 15 characters long

It cannot contain special characters or spaces

It must be entered in capital letters

A Customer ID is a unique identification number assigned by the bank to each customer. It serves as a single reference that links all your accounts and services with the bank and is used for identification in transactions, support requests, and account management.

Yes. You can temporarily Enable/ Disable your debit card through the “Manage limits” under Debit Card section for ATM, POS, E-Com transactions.

If you have already created a username on the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking platform, it will automatically be reflected in the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App, and vice versa. A single username is required during the first-time registration on either platform. Once created, the same username can be used to log in to both the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App and the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking platform.

Yes. All your existing details — including beneficiaries, billers, standing instructions, limits, and security questions — from the old Mobile Banking application will automatically be available in the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking and Internet Banking platforms.

Yes, a cooling period is applicable, when you add a new beneficiary. The activation process is as follows:

After adding a new beneficiary, there is a 30-minute cooling period, during which you cannot make any transfers to the added beneficiary

Post 30-minute period, you can transfer up to ₹50,000 within the next 24 hours.

After 24 hours, you can transfer amount up to the transaction limits applicable based on your account/product variant.

To start using the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App, follow these simple steps:

1. Download & Install the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App

For Android users: Visit the Google Play Store

2. Open the app, tap Login, then select Register Now.

3. Proceed with Device Registration (ensure the SIM linked to your registered mobile number is in the device).

4. Select the registered SIM (SIM 1 or SIM 2), review and accept Terms & Conditions, then tap Send SMS.

5. Your CIF ID linked to your mobile number will be auto-populated. (If you have multiple CIFs, select the correct one from the dropdown.)

6. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then tap Register.

7. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

8. Choose any one method for authentication:

Aadhaar OTP – Enter Aadhaar details and authenticate using Aadhaar OTP.

Debit Card – Enter your debit card details.

Temporary Passcode – Enter the passcode. Ujjivan p Call toll-free

9. Set a Username and 4-digit MPIN, optionally add Security Questions, select your Primary Account, and tap Continue.

Once done, you can log in using your Username and MPIN to access Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking.

1. Enter your CIF ID in the username field and click Login.

2. A pop-up screen will appear prompting you to set a new Username.

3. Click Check Availability to verify if your preferred Username is available. Once available, click Update to set your new Username.

4. Enter your new Username and existing 4-digit MPIN to log in.

5. A confirmation message will appear to proceed with Device Registration.

(Ensure the SIM with your registered mobile number is present in the device.)

6. Select the registered SIM (SIM 1 or SIM 2), review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Send SMS.

7. Once the device registration is successful, you can start using the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App seamlessly.
