7. Set a Username and 4-digit MPIN, optionally set Security Questions, select a Primary Account, and tap on continue.
8. You can now login using your Username and Password to access the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking Platform.
For Existing Internet Banking Users
Enter “CIF ID” in the username field and click on Login
A Pop-up screen will appear for you to set a New Username. After entering your desired Username, click on Check Availability to verify the availability. Once the username is displayed as available, click on Update to set it.
Once the username is set, you can log in using the new username and your existing Internet Banking password.
1. Click on New Registration in the pre-login screen of the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking page.
2. Fill in the required details.
3. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number registered with the bank.
4. Authenticate using your debit card or Aadhaar OTP.
5. Create your Internet Banking password.
To change your password, log in to the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking platform with your current password and click on “Change password” in the “Settings” tab located in the vertical menu.
If you forget your password, click “Trouble logging in?” in the pre-login screen of the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking page. Fill the required details; enter the OTP sent to your mobile number registered with the bank and authenticate through your debit card, Aadhaar OTP or answer security questions* to reset your password.

Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking allows you to access a wide range of digital banking services directly through web browser. The account holders can access and manage their banking services online at any time and from anywhere within allowed limits.
Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking is a newly launched and upgraded net-banking platform offered by Ujjivan Small Finance Bank. It allows users to access a wide range of banking services through Wi-Fi or mobile data on compatible devices.

During registration, you can set your password by authenticating through your debit card, Aadhaar OTP, or temporary passcode.
With Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking, you can carry out a wide range of financial transactions such as fund transfers i.e., IFT, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS etc, bill payments and more. You can also access several non-financial services, including viewing account balances, downloading e-statements, and much more
All Individual customers holding a Savings Account, Current Account, Deposit, or Loan Account with Ujjivan SFB can use the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking platform. Eligible Joint Account holders and HUF Account holders can also access the service.
There are no charges for using Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking. It is a complimentary service offered to all Ujjivan Small Finance Bank account holders.
Ujjivan EZY Internet banking platform is user specific. It requires a Username and Password to login that is recognised by bank. While conducting any transaction, a 6-digit OTP is sent to user’s bank registered mobile number via the application. It is a safe and secure process as application locks itself on entering 3 consecutive incorrect PINs. For matter of safety, you are requested not to share your Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking Password with anyone.
Yes, the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking employs advanced security measures to ensure the safety of your financial information. These measures include Device registration, multi-factor authentication, and secure login protocols to protect your account from unauthorised access.
No, you need an active internet connection to access Internet Banking services through the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking. Ensure your device is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data to use the platform effectively.
There is no limit on the number of transactions you can perform. However, daily transactions limits apply based on the type of account you hold.
A Username is a unique identification name created by the user to securely log in to the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking/ Internet Banking platform. It is used along with your MPIN/ Password to authenticate your identity and access your banking account.
Your Username must follow these guidelines:
It should be alphanumeric (letters and numbers only)
It must be between 8 and 15 characters long
It cannot contain special characters or spaces
It must be entered in capital letters
If you forget your Username, you can easily retrieve it by selecting “Trouble Logging In → Forgot Username” on the pre-login page of the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App. Follow the on-screen steps to recover your Username securely using your registered details
The status changes to “Paid” once verified by the RBI. This may take up to 2 hours. If it remains unchanged, link the UTR number to the CPIN on the GST portal.
Charges will be applicable as per the NEFT/RTGS charges of the Bank. For details, please visit the Bank's website.
Transaction limits depend on the NEFT/RTGS limits set for your account type.
The status will be changed to 'paid' after payment is verified by RBI. This may take up to 2 hours or more. If the payment status is unchanged, please link the UTR number to the CPIN on the GST portal.

Yes. You can permanently block/unblock your debit card using the functionality - "Hotlist" within “Cards Actions” section under Debit Card.
Yes. You can open and manage Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits through the platform.
Yes. Multiple deposits can be opened and managed online.

No, adding a new payee or beneficiary is mandatory for transferring funds using the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking platform.
You can easily add new payee or beneficiary after login to Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App by following below steps:
Click on ""Manage Payee"" option on the home screen or select ""Transfer"" option in the vertical slider menu.
Select "Add Payee" option and choose beneficiary type i.e Within Bank or Other Bank and fill the required details.
Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number registered with the Bank."
A Favourite transaction allows you to save frequently used transactions for quick access.
The user will get an option to change their transfer limits within the predefined limit range.
You will not be able to use both the applications simultaneously on same or different devices.
If you have already created a username on the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking platform, it will automatically be reflected in the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App, and vice versa. A single username is required during the first-time registration on either platform. Once created, the same username can be used to log in to both the Ujjivan EZY Mobile Banking App and the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking platform.
Yes. All Standing Instructions will continue to function as usual and accessible through the Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking App or Mobile Banking App.
Yes. All beneficiaries added in the previous version are automatically available in the new Ujjivan EZY Internet Banking platform.
Yes. The data will be available in both the Ujjivan EZY Internet banking and mobile banking application.
Yes, a cooling period is applicable, when you add a new beneficiary. The activation process is as follows:
After adding a new beneficiary, there is a 30-minute cooling period, during which you cannot make any transfers to the added beneficiary.
Post 30-minute period, you can transfer up to ₹50,000 within the next 24 hours.
After 24 hours, you can transfer amount up to the transaction limits applicable based on your account/product variant.
Users should follow the below steps while creating password:

Should be alphanumeric
At least one letter with upper case
