Making a video banking call is as simple as video calling your friends or family!
Click on the "Start Video Banking" tab
Select “Existing Customer”
Enter PAN or Customer ID or Savings Account number and Date of Birth
Authenticate by entering OTP sent to registered mobile number
Select preferred language and service category
Click on “Proceed” to connect with Video Banker!
Video Banking is a convenient and secure way to interact with Bank through video calls. It allows you to connect with a Video Banking officer in real-time, just like visiting a physical branch, but from the comfort of your own space.
Video Banking services are available for existing domestic/resident customers only at this moment.
Our existing customers can use Video Banking services to raise service requests, ask query about our products and services, and to lodge a complaint. More services and features will be added soon!
Subsequent to booking their Digital FD and receiving their Customer ID, NTB customers can access all the Video Banking services that are available to existing customers.
The Video Banking services are available from 8 AM to 8 PM on all 365 days.

While Video Banking provides all services that are currently offered by Phone Banking, in addition, the Video Banking channel also helps customers in completing Video KYC and seeking services which requires more authentication and submission of documents, forms and KYCs. For e.g. Customers can connect over a video call and upload documents such as Nominee updation, Form 15 G/H for tax exemption, submission of KYCs for updation of PAN, Address, activation of dormant accounts, signature and photo updation, submission of standing instruction and NACH mandate etc.
Connecting to the Video Banking service is easy! Just follow these easy steps:

You can connect to Video Banking using a smartphone, tablet, laptop or a computer with camera and speakers.
For a seamless video call experience, please ensure that:
You are using a secure, strong and stable Internet connection.
You are connecting from a well-lit room, no disturbance or noise
You have a headphone or earpiece readily available.
Our Video Banking service uses advanced technology and a set of robust measures to protect your transactions and personal information. These include:
Mobile number authentication through OTP
Personalized security questions
Call & video recording
Strict due diligence on all transactions and service requests
There are no fees or charges for using Video Banking services. However, specific services that you are availing may have charges, for e.g. applying for a debit card or cheque book or any other chargeable services as per Schedule of Service Charges listed in our website.
You will have to authenticate yourself by entering
1) Customer ID or PAN Card No. or Savings Account number 2) Date of Birth registered with the bank, and 3) One Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number.
The OTP will be valid for 90 seconds and after 90 seconds you can regenerate another OTP. OTP regeneration is possible for a maximum of 3 times after which the session will expire and you will need to start afresh.
