Campus Training (4 Months)
Residential classroom training at Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bengaluru.

Internship (2 Months)
Supervised branch exposure at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.
Candidates apply classroom learning in real banking environments and gain hands-on operational understanding.
On-the-Job Training (6 Months)
Active portfolio handling under branch leadership mentorship.
Participants gradually transition into full Relationship Manager responsibilities with guided support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time graduates from any stream
- Minimum 50 percent marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- Age below 25 years at the time of application

- Online assessment covering aptitude, English, and analytical skills
- Behavioural and Sales profiling assessment
